I've used DTT and the program to change so many habits since mid 2022. From flossing daily, walking 10000 steps plus each day, stopping coffee and currently cutting back my daily processed sugar consumption. It works and the confidence I've gain in being able to change how I operate and not have my bad habits running the show has been awesome. Sharing the experience with my work buddies has been great - we really support and cheer each other on. I'll be continuing to adjust one thing at a time, I'll be doing Doing The Thing for a long time to come.
